Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all B2B orders placed on Claussy’s Workwear and covers bulk workwear products and custom printed orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after order confirmation or quote approval.

Standard processing time:

  • Production time: 3–7 business days (depending on order size and customization)

  • Bulk or large volume orders: Production time may vary and will be confirmed individually

Orders including custom DTF printing require additional production preparation.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • European Union (EU)

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected international destinations (upon request)

If your location is not listed, please contact our sales team for custom shipping arrangements.


Shipping Methods

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of business orders.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard business delivery

  • Express delivery (upon request)

  • Pallet shipping for large bulk orders

Shipping method is selected based on order volume, destination, and delivery urgency.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated after production is completed.

Estimated transit times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • EU countries: 2–5 business days

  • International orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Order quantity and weight

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method selected

Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout or included in your custom B2B quote.


Bulk Orders & Pallet Shipping

For large volume orders, pallet shipping may be used.

In such cases:

  • Delivery time and cost will be confirmed before order approval

  • Additional handling time may apply

  • Business address access requirements must be provided by the customer


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier service.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Claussy’s Workwear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Force majeure events


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and products

  • Our team will assist with a resolution as quickly as possible


Custom Orders Notice

Orders with custom printing or personalization are produced specifically for your business and may have limited return eligibility. Please review our Returns Policy for more information.
